Afternoon,

I would presume that you are single Singapore Citizen, looking to purchase a resale unit. Being aged 55, you might have certain limitation on mortgage loan approval. I would also need to know how much CPF monies are available to you, since you have reached the retirement age of 55 where OA and SA monies are transferred into RA.

With your loan approval figures, available CPF for purchase, can I assist you on the calculation of cash required, including COV and relevant charges.
