Should I buy condo now or should I wait for a few more months? I am buying for self stay - looking for One Shenton as I work nearby.

It will depends on whether does your budget allows you to purchase a unit now. If the answer is yes, why wait?

Why wait if you can get a good unit now?

Do we live forever? If not, the main consideration is do you have the necessary finances available? What are your best options currently? What are your preferences if say you can afford a unit in One Shenton?
A view every morning or just convenience and low floor is not a problem...
