Hi, first and foremost, I would suggest that you allow my banker to access your financial status and from there she would be able to advice you further. Pls feel free to let me know if you require any banker's contact or other assistance.

Hi,

Do you mean you already have 100k cpf+150k cash on hand now, and after selling your hdb, there will be more to that 250k as mentioned? If so, your chances of upgrading to EC are possible.

If not, the loan you can take based on a sole income may not be high enough to fund the full 750k purchase. For the full financial plan, let's discuss further and see how we can approach this. Thanks!

Based on DBS monthly instalment calculator, I dont think you are able to obtain substantial loan for this purchase. But not to worry, do let my banker to provide his professional advice and we shall see how can we proceed from there.

Dear prospective upgrader,

It is often many people aspirations to own a private property in Singapore and what other opportunity is better than riding on the EC vehicle enroute tomprivate property ownership.

More important considerations will be how comfortable will you be in terms of financing this property purchase. Will you need to spend most of your time at work or take up another employment just to finance this purchase which results in lesser quality time soent with your family?

Perhaps you may consider to look at EA or a bigger HDB unit instead and take a smaller step towards the objective of owning a private property?

Base on 4.2K fixed salay without serving any other loan, the estimated loan amount will be 500K. Together with the CPF and the cash proceed after selling you current hdb, the total amount will be just nice 750K.
