seller is in overseas. did not came for 1st appointment. took my deposit (buyer), of $5000. what can i do? HDB is not helping.

Evening Shawn,

Since the seller had signed the OTP but failed to attend the HDB first appointment, you might want to contact their agent understand the situation. Getting a private lawyer or your servicing agent to assist you accordingly will be your next best possible option.
