Seller asking for 50% of median COV and has CCTV at corridor. Any problems expected?

Afternoon Tang,
With the modern advance technology, it's common to see units with CCTV, be it for the right or wrong reason. If it's for the wrong reason, you should be able to get the necessary signs that left behind. As for the COV asking, there are some sellers who have bought another unit prior to sales, hence pressing for time to get rid of it. Do not assume that cheap house is not good. I have closed 4 room flat with $12k COV but the house require full overhaul.
