Morning,

Being unemployed, you will not be able to obtain any mortgage from bank. Therefore, you will have to pay the unit fully by CPF and/or cash.

Hi there!

Will you be purchasing the unit as a single buyer or with another buyer?

If as a sole buyer, you will have to pay for the unit fully by CPF and/or cash as you will not be able to obtain a loan from banks.
