Saw and like a completed project development which TOP about 1-2 years. From Guru website saw quite a handful of listing of my size choice. Caught up with an agent who brought me to view one which is to be co-broke. But surprisingly my agent told me this is the only unit left and non available. This is in contrast to what i am seeing from the website. I suspect this is due to there are actually units on sale but because my agent couldn't get a co-broke permission with the rest he simply inform me no units left. Is this ethical and widely practiced? Hence, as a buyer i will have to do more homework and call up each and every units listed on website and declare i am a direct buyer to be given a chance to view the units on sale?
