I am a Indian married to a Filipino woman , Can Indians buy a One room FLAT in singapore as a investment/ Lease purpose. Please guide me how we can start making our second home in Singapore.

Hi Rajiv,
If you want to buy (any HDB you can buy even 2 room also provided you meet the eligibilty conditions and purely for own stay ONLY)But if you want to buy private property you can buy as an investment. Contact me to discuss more about these.
