Recently there has been a new rule that new PR is not eligeble to buy re-sale HDB, but wanted to know can new PR buy re-sale EC? btw my wife has been a PR for 7yrs, and i just got mine this year.

Hi Atago

Yes, both you and your wife are able to purchase a resale EC. I believe one of the lowest price EC currently would be La Casa at Woodlands. 3 bedroom with an area of 1141 sqft is seling at 885k.
