Good morning buyer,

Do take note that you will still have to fork out minimal cash for purchase of resale HDB.

1) option deposit $5000 (negotiable)
2) valuation fee $200
3) resale application fee $80
4) agent's commission (1% of purchase price plus GST)

Hope my explanation helps!

Good evening,

Other than the Option and Exercise fee, valuation, HDB admin fee, town council and property tax refund and fire insurance, you can utilize your CPF OA for the purchase if the unit have a balance lease of more than 60 years and that you have not reached retirement age.
