Property was advertised for $X, after offering very slightly below $X seller agent replied that owner has decided to sell at $X + 5%. Which is fine except seller agent continues to relist property at $X.

Can they do that? Can I ask for proof that owner rejected offer?

Dear buyer,

I am unsure about your take on this situation, but in my very own opinion, purchasing a property should be an exciting and happy experience, therefore if this unit has given you an unhappy experience or negative vibe, I am unlikely to proceed further and therefore will not bother about proof of rejection and etc but will move on to my next target.

Perhaps you may wish to let me know what your requirements are and I could perhaps match you to another suitable unit?
