I am thinking of getting a place closest to the paya lebar hub and near to a mrt station . i came up with Simsville , apparently the only one that is near the mrt , but it is about 12-13 years old. By the time the hub is up , give it about ten years , it will be about 23 years old .My question is , will it still have a high rental value by then , and how old does the oldest condo in singapore lasted before it gets en bloc ? does anyone have an answer to my questions ?
