Property Wanted... Hi, We are an Indian Foreigner(EP) since 4 years, looking out for a Studio apartment/1BR apartment for our own stay. Would like to know if any listings available in move-in condition ranging from $300-500k. Also would like to know more about HL and procedures for this same.

Good morning Prasad,

I am afraid that you have to increase your budget to purchase a resale studio/ 1 bedder, probably you can try to match new launch pricing.

But do take note that as a foreigner purchaser, you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty.
