Good morning landlord, normally real estate salespeople will qualify suitable tenants according to your requirements and ensure they have the necessary documents (employment pass etc) to work and stay in Singapore. During the tenancy, will request tenants to take up an air con servicing contract for quarterly maintenance. If there's any delay in rental payment, will assist the landlord with it. Dear landlord. Besides negotiating prices and terms, it is imperative for the agent to qualify the tenant's eligibility of stay for the duration of the lease.
