Hi Angel,

With more projects coming up, surrounding facilities and amenities will also be developed or upgraded to keep up with the incoming residents, where it will be more attractive a place to stay in. As such, if you are looking at investment through rental, I'd say that take up rate should be fast due to it's location.

Alternatively, you may wish to consider projects along Flora Road/Drive. I have a freehold 2Bedroom unit completed in 2004 selling in Dahlia Park. Only at less than $775psf. This unit is on a top floor, quiet with great privacy.
