please advice :
my mother bought a 2 bdrm condo at ipoh lane, top 2014. for investment purpose, however i realised the condo only has suites ie 1, 2 , 2+1 rooms. will this affect our chances of finding tenants or resale in future as tenants or buyers will have a lot of choices since the whole condo has only suites ?
