Our team specialises in Jurong and Bishan respectively.

There would be some questions whereby u needs to be concerned of: -
1) Whether to buy first or sell first (Even u doing contra)
2) Whether there would be a lapsed period whereby u could be out of place to stay
3) Would be be taking bank loan or hdb loan for your new purchase as taking hdb loan might requires to use half of your sales proceeds to pay off partially your Bishan purchase
4) Procedures of buying and selling, e.g. getting a IPA or HLE first, and application of Valuation report.
5) Price Analysis on pricing the sale of your Jurong West Flat and/or current asking prices of Bishan flats, etc.

By the way, if all to be completed by this year, we have at most 1.5mths to finish all these.
