Dear Sir/Madam.
firstly, your question for no deposit. It is very unlikely for a landlord to allow no deposit. Even for hotels, they will collect a security deposit from their guests.
For 3 weeks stay, I would highly recommend that you stay in a hotel instead. Any home owners are not allowed to rent out their place(room/ whole unit) for less than 3 months for private property and 6 months for HDB flats.
