Parc Clematis is fully sold and is slated to TOP early 2024. If you have been near the site lately, you will be able to notice that it should TOP on schedule or maybe earlier. For 2 bedrooms units, the appliances included from my understanding is 2-zone induction hob, hood, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Estimated maintenance fees is about $350 range per month. Recent subsale units transacted are around $2,000psf from what I am seeing. Whether is it a good place to stay, it will really depend on individuals. Not sure where you are coming from or prefers, but I do have client whose family, from the parents to themselves are living in the area, and owns multiple properties in this locale. Perhaps you can let us know what are your preferences and objectives.
