Afternoon,
Since you are currently the owner of private property, you are only eligible to purchase resale EC. As for how much loan you are eligible to, it would depend if you are currently holding any existing mortgage loan, your income status, age and credit record. You might also be required to look at CPF minimum sum requirement.
