Are you planning to get one for investment purposes/own stay?
With the amount of cash and CPF you have in hand and your stable income every month, getting a condo in the west shouldn't be much of a problem. (Parc Vista, Parc Oasis, Caspian, Merawoods to name a few).

With the upcoming NEW mrt stations scheduled for opening in the 2015 period, Hillview area can prove to be a good buy for the future.

Since nobody alerted you, let me tell you this concern you should know: with 60k cash, you can only pay the 20% downpayment for a 300k condo, which doesn't exist now.

You need other ways to raise the cash portion. Having said that, your CPF is massive.

I specialize in the west and currently Lakeshore seems to be the most promising for investment. Beside mrt, international school and lake upgrade.
