In order to be eligible to sell off your HDB, you must first fulfil the applicable minimum occupation period of 5 years.

So may I know when's your exact purchase date?

There will be a 5-year MOP you have to meet before you can sell your flat, ie you must have physically occupy the flat for 5 years from key collection. Thanks and hope to discuss further.

For HDB flat, MOP of 5 years are mandatory. Furthermore, as you have just done the refinancing, you will be required to pay for the admin fee and penalty charges.
