NUOVO prices has gone up again. It has hit the S$780 per square feet. Some buyers are snatching the units in NUOVO and some regreted that they failed to get a unit and they want and see attitude. Prices in NUOVO has gone up and will it continue to climb with the new measures on 14 Jan 2011 ? They has a selling ppoint - near mRT, schools and big rooms and living room, kitchen ? Will it exceed the $800 per square feet mark in the next few months ?? worried.
