Walking distance to Great World City
Short Bus ride to Orchard

2 bedroom unit ( 840 sq ft)
Very high floor ( above 20 )
About 15 min walk to Novena MRT or 10 min walk to Farrer Park MRT
Purpose : Rent out for 1-2 yrs and then for own stay before selling.
Both cost about the same price and rental price about the same.
Which would you choose and why ?
I tend to like RV location but Balestier unit layout and size.
