You may wish to negotiate to move in after you have exercise the Option To Purchase. I have heard of such cases happening and am aware of 1 case which is under negotiation right now for a vacant unit. The entire packaging of offer has to be right.
Typical completion of property takes place between 6 to 8 weeks after the buyer exercises the Option To Purchase.
