Non Citizen Family Scheme
I'm a 38 yr old divorced SC (Chinese)with a 8 year old Canadian on long term student pass ( 6 years).

Are we eligible for resale purchase under "Non Citizen Family Scheme"? Are we tied to the ethnic group restriction?

If a Singapore Citizen is 35 years old and above you can purchase a HDB under the single scheme.

Hi buyer,

You can buy under the Single Citizen Scheme, and your ethnic group will be Chinese (regardless of Chinese from which country).
