Need your opinion on estimate valuation price for apartment in Rivershire Leonie Hill.
And can foreigner get 80% financing from the bank?

Can i get more unit details from you?

E.G the floor level, number of bedrooms and size. These various factors would affect the valuation as well.

Foreigners is able to get 80% financing, however the banks will also take into account their financial commitments, monthly salary and most importantly, they must not have any existing housing loan.
