My wife is PR and I am Citizen. We have a HDB flat that satisfied the MOP (15 years already). Flat is fully paid up. Can I purchase a Condo in my own name? Do I need to seek approval from the HDB? Thanks you for your professional advice.

Good morning, As you have fulfilled the MOP requirement for your HDB, you are eligible to purchase a private property under your own name. How can I assist you with your private property purchase?
