FYI ABSD relief will only be applicable to married couple with at least 1 Singapore Citizen which in your case, both of are not eligible for the relief thus higher ABSD rate will apply (higher of 5% as SPR or 15% as foreigner). Why not share more information on your finances so I can further advise you whether is it possibly to purchase solely under your wife's name (to save on at least 10% ABSD) or both names?
