My wife is a SC and I am a SPR. Both of us intend to buy a house in Spore. Interested in EC. May I know whether we r eligible if we have private properties outside of Spore? And are we subject to 5% ABSD? or need to pay the 5% ABSD and apply for full remission later?

Hi David;

You are not eligible to purchase brand new EC direct from developer as you are not allowed to own private property in /out of Singapore.You are not subjected to the ABSD as you are SC+SPR family nucleus ..Please feel free to contact me if you have further queries.I have a few new ECs just launched.Thanks
