Hi, if your wife is a foreigner, you cannot buy an EC. if your wife is a SPR, you can buy an EC. However, if your wife is a foreigner and you have a SC child or parent, you can buy an EC with the respective essential occupier, Call us for a discussion on eligibility on your EC purchase.
