My wife and I, both Singaporean, are currently based overseas and expected to return to SG early-2023. We are looking to buy a HDB apartment while still overseas if possible. I have no issues notarising HDB documents via Notary Public where required as I'm not travelling back in the meantime due to travel restrictions. We don't currently own any properties in SG or overseas. Our requirements are:
➮ Near any of these MRT - Bt Batok, Bt Gombak, Jurong East, Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay, Pioneer
➮ At least 1500sqft
➮ 4 bedrooms
➮ 3 bathrooms (will consider 2 bathrooms)
➮ Able to support virtual viewing (as I am still based overseas now)
➮ Able to provide layout of apartment with true north direction indicated
➮ Asking price not more than $800K (Preferably asking price is at or very close to valuation)
➮ Not intending to take loan
If you have available units, just send me pictures/videos of the apartment first and layout (with north arrow). Tell me the address also, blk and street name is good enough. Don't ask me to PM here PM there. I am a buyer, not property agent. If I'm interested in the unit after looking at the picture, I will let you know. You may send me the info
