3% BSD plus 7% ABSD payable to buy additional condo unless your wife is occupier status in the hdb , instead of co-owner status i the hdb to save ABSD .

Have you considered hdb de-coupling ?

Please note hdb de-coupling is not divorced .

The ABSD payable by your spouse on second residential property purchase will be 7% on top of estimated 3% BSD.

You can consider about decoupling to save on this 7% if both of you are eligible.
