Good day,

If you selected an unit, and decide to give it up after that, your deposit will be forfeited and will be barred from BTO application for another 12 months. If you have yet to select an unit, you only need to forfeit the admin fee and just choose not to turn up for the appointment, but your balloting chances lower may be lower the next time you apply again.

If any of the HDB rules are breached, HDB reserves the right to repossess the flat and/or also impose a financial penalty, on a case by case review basis.
