My wife and I are currently hunting for a new apartment and looking into some of the new projects. We would prefer to have a 3 bedroom apartment and have a budget between 1.2 to 1.5mil. One of the key factors in our selection is the location, it must be within 1km from a reputable primary school and must be in the north (AMK, Thomson, Bishan etc) or north east area (Hougang, SengKang Punggol etc).
We had viewed a few showflat and shortlisted 2 apartments one in Terrasse and the other in Thomson Grand. However both location are not perfect as Terrasse do not have much pool / garden facing, whereas Thomson Grand do not have much facilities and is costly in PSF.
It is greatly appreciated if any kind expert here would be able to provide us with some suggestions for us to find our dream home.
