Hi,

May I know if you are a citizen? For SPR households, both SPR must be PRs for at least 3 years before they can buy resale flat. They cannot apply for BTO.

If you are a citizen, SC-PR household can apply for both BTO and resale flat. There is no waiting period unless you have private property. Thanks and hope it clarifies, anything else I can assist?

Evening,

If you are SPR then you will need to wait for another 3 years.
But if you are SC, you can actually purchase the HDB even before your spouse have obtained her SPR status.
