My son, aged 21, wishes to buy a private apartment. I will be helping him with the initial downpayment. He has not bought any property yet. Is he eligible to buy private property? He is buying for investment. Your advice, please.

Hi Mr Gopal

Yes, he is eligible to buy the moment he turns 21 years of age. May I suggest projects at Geylang, District 15. It is one of the lowest price property around. 2 bedroom is less than $700k and what's more it is Freehold. Cheers!
