My son above 40 years just bought a resale hdb 4-room apt and name me and my wife as essential occupiers. He also got close proximity subsidy. If I change my residential address will it affect the eligibility of family nucleus status.my wife residential address remains unchanged.

You may need to consult HDB on this. From the various write ups by HDB, they will usually view the husband and wife as a single entity, thus you and your wife should have the same address. Read More
