My sister and me are Singapore PR. are eligible to buy any HDB? if not, may i know what is the price range for a studio/1 bedroom private property? Roughly how much i need prepare for the down payment?

Hi Sir,

The prices of properties varies from location to location and at the same time whether if they are freehold or leasehold.
