My sis and I is PR ( Malaysian) for 5 year above and we want to get a HDB flat in SG.
We owned a residential unit in JB under joint name.
Could you please advice the step to purchases a HDB or we can only get condo ?
Looking forward for your advice and I hope I can have own house in sg soon
