My self n my hubby would like 2 get a simple 4rm flat in either woodlands, sembawang or yishun with a veri less cov as we cant afford for more tan 15k. Is it possible to find such houses? Looking for a hse urgently. We got 2 small kids and currently staying temp at my brother's hse.

Pls contact me at 96836230  . I will inform you if I come across 4rm flat that fits your criteria. Also, are you taking HDB or bank loan? It is good to get the loan approval first so that once you come across a suitable flat, can act immediately.
