My resale hdb is brought without any grant and stayed for two years, can I book a new ec now? Able to fork out the initial 20% down payment and going for deferred payment scheme. The question is can we book a new ec now? Interested in one Canberra

Afternoon,

As long as you have fulfilled the applicable minimum occupation period of your HDB, you will be eligible to apply for new EC.

May I know when did you purchase your unit?
