My partner and me (first-timers) would like to apply for a HDB BTO with my parents as the occupiers.
However my parents have an outstanding levy from the sale of a property from more than 10 years ago?
Will this affect our application?
since my parents are after all not the applicants but just occupiers.
Any guru familiar with such a case scenario..and can advise?
