Hi Madam Ang,

It is quite tricky to answer your question accurately because alot depends on the supply and demand factor for your existing property in the rental market. Should property be nearby MRT and amenities, in good general conditions and expected rental is realistic, tenants can be secured within 1 month. I do not think that market sentiment is weak unless for units in remote areas and not in good conditions.

With a good number of transactions already clocked in for rental this year, I am quite confident to find you a right tenant if factors are right.
