my neigbour is selling her 4ng flat mine is beside her i 3ng can i buy to adjoint as two units as one for this 3 rm is fully paid off no more housing loan rite now my hubby n i only have a combined cpf of 18k n 8k respectivy can we apply for a second loan from hdb to buy over the 4 rm flat my neighbour is selling

Morning, I have performed similar case for my buyer in Bedok but they are buying two 3 room flats, side by side. Beside working on your loan, you need to write to HDB branch office and check on the status to purchase the other unit as adjoined unit. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
