my mum and I currently own a HDB flat under joint ownership and I'm in the process in buying over her share so that she is relinquished of any home ownership. once that is settled with HDB are there any limitations for my mum going out to buy private condos ? does she need to wait ? asking as I understand that in the case of BTO she has to wait 30months but if condo there is no need.

Hi,

Once her ownership share is removed, she is eligible to purchase any private resale or pre-TOP condos. There is no need to wait out anything. Thanks and may I assist with your housing plans further?
