My husband will transfer his small portion of his gift-share inherited to his sibling. Can he buy a private property on his own immediately after the transfer?The new property he buy still consider his 1st property? For a budget of $1.5m, is FH landed possible?

Hi! Inheritance property is not subject to the current rules. If you and/or your husband still own HDB with less than 5 years occupancy, he will have to wait till both of you have fullfilled the 5 year MOP. Other than that, he is able to buy private.
