My husband who is a Singapore PR and i, a citizen, jointly own a private property and are looking to buy a HDB resale flat to live in. Pleas advise if we are eligible to do so if we do not require the CPF Housing Grant for family. Thank you.

Afternoon Karen,

If you are taking bank loan to purchase a resale unit, you are eligible as long as you sell your private property within 6 months from key collection. Do take note of the amount of loan that's available to you if your current unit is still under mortgage.
