Dear madam, I supposed you have the intention to retain the condo while you purchase the resale HDB, unfortunately, the regulations forbid you from doing so as both husband and wife is perceived as a single entity, therefore purchasing a resale HDB under the public scheme will mean that your husband's name needs to be in this HDB either as co-owner or essential occupier, making it compulsory for him to relinquish the ownership status of the private property within 6 months of collection of keys for the HDB.
