To get an accurate figure as to how much loan both of you can get, it would be good to get a bankerto work on the details. As to what is your current affordable budget, it would depend on your current liabilities at hand and how much CPF OA and cash you have at hand.

Since your husband's income have exceed the income ceiling stated by HDB, you are only eligible for bank loan for resale EC. We can sit down to work on the details to derive the possible match for your upcoming purchase.
